US Cotton, LLC manufactures most of the private label cotton products (swabs, cotton balls, pads) in the US & we’re growing in Rio Rancho. We are seeking a Machine Operators for all of our departments. The total compensation package includes a good work atmosphere & full array of benefits: 401k matching, affordable health care, & short/long term disability. There are 2 shifts the hours are 7AM to 7pm or 7 PM to 7 AM, 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next.
Major Responsibilities: Set up and operate machines to meet production and quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities: Learn all operations and procedures for running machines. Follow all quality checks, department and machine safety rules and procedures. Know and adhere to all quality specifications, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all instructions given by the Shift Lead and or Supervisor. Keep accurate production records.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred. Must be organized, detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment and have basic math skills.
