Express Employment Professionals Uptown is looking for qualified and experienced candidates for a local manufacturing company to work in Production Lead and Production Trainer roles.
Production Lead:
Responsible for supervision of the general assembly line, getting product out in a timely manner and ensuring the line is continuously moving with accuracy. Lead will be working alongside production staff in the warehouse.
Must have 1 or more years of supervisory experience, be focused and motivated and able to move at a rapid pace while adhering to company policies.
Manufacturing Trainer:
Responsible for training the production and assembly personnel. Trainer will work on production floor learning the production process and developing training processes to us when training incoming staff.
Must have 1 or more year experience training in a manufacturing environment and be able to communicate effectively with production and supervisory staff.
Bilingual Spanish is helpful.
Must have own reliable transportation.
Monday - Friday 7AM to 3:30 PM with overtime when necessary.
$13 - $15 an hour
