Need helper, possibly two in small shop.We get paid weekly on Friday starting your second week.You will get your weeks pay and after a year you get vacation and sick pay along with bonuses as they arise. We get paid holidays as well after a probationary period. This shop stays busy and we work late and come in early so being flexible is a must. We work from 6:45 am -4:45 pm M-F for our normal week minimum. Ok, got that out of the way I need someone soon maybe even today. This is a Trade we will teach you so no experience necessary. We get a paid brake around 9:15 am and another around 3:15 pm with 1 hour non paid lunch. Average person makes over 30k for a full year working here.
1. Must be 18 or older and legally able to work in the US
2. Must know simple math to find out how many pieces you need to cut,what your stretch out is, fractions are important.
3. Must have own transportation not borrowed with valid drivers license
4. MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE(in bold because chances are if you fail this you will not be hired)
5. Must be able to lift 60lb-80lb repeatedly/ over and over to cut and bend sheet metal
6. Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed
