Accounting Principals is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work for a non-profit in SW Albuquerque, NM. This is a great contract-to-hire position that offers the opportunity to work with a fantastic organization which provides important resources to the community. This role is responsible for the overall administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities, as business dictates.
Benefits, including PTO are offered once it becomes permanent. Pay will be $14.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between office staff and Executive Director
Prepare records, correspondence, and reports
Maintain filing system
Attend staff meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a support role
Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Handling multiple projects simultaneously
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
