Administrative Assistant needed for busy and well-established roofing company.
Manage incoming calls and messages.
Provide administrative support to our Office Manager and Sales Representatives
Invoicing, mailings, estimates, and job costing.
Assist with managing social media accounts
Put together and organize the customer files and assist in seeing that the office runs efficiently by taking ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Required Skill set:
Experience using Xactimate a plus, but no required.
Clerical experience, 2 years experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, email programs
Efficient time management and organizational skills.
Must be detailed oriented, be able to multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have initiative to learn, quick adaptation skills, and flexibility.
Must be able to type 45-65 wpm
