Position Overview

Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Responsibilities:

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and other communications.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Scheduling Appointments.

Coordinating events as necessary.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Updating paperwork and maintaining documents as needed.

Help organize and maintain office common areas.

Ensure reception area and kitchen are tidy and presentable.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Assist in managing Social Media Posts.

Assist in creating Blog Posts.

Assisting as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience as an office assistant or in related field.

Must be professional at all times.

Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Great Phone Etiquette.

Excellent Writing Skills.

Must be organized
