Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Accounting Principals has multiple openings for Administrative Assistants and Receptionists. The successful candidates will have great organizational skills. Pay will be $12.00-$15.00, dependent upon experience and the exact position
Responsibilities
Answering client phone calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Review files for missing paperwork
Collect and organize records
Perform data entry
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience
At least two years of administrative support experience
Great at multitasking
Effective communication and time-management
Excellent organizational skills
Deadline driven
Work Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
