Accounting Principals is currently seeking General Administrative candidates for a variety of temporary and temp-to-hire positions in Albuquerque.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Provide general support to visitors
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Data Entry
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and memos
Maintain office supplies
Qualifications/Skills:
2-3 years of recent experience
Strong interpersonal skills, with great phone etiquette
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Efficient with MS Office
