Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
· Oversee and facilitate the initial admissions and enrollment processes.
· Clearly explain program and enrollment process to prospects.
· Compile and organize admissions documents, paperwork, and agreements.
· Schedule and participate in new student orientations.
· Attend all required functions and meetings.
· Demonstrate upbeat, professional conduct towards students, co-workers, and school patrons at all times.
· Comply with all company and academy policies at all times.
· Complete additional training as requested by Director(s) and/or required by state, federal or accrediting agencies.
Prospect Interview and Tours
· Establish appointments with prospects for interviews and facility tours by engaging in consistent phone and email follow up with leads.
· Interview and screen candidates to determine appropriateness of the program.
· Administer the entrance exam to prospects; communicate entrance exam results to prospects.
· Explain Academy enrollment agreement to prospects.
· Originate, compile, and complete files for all newly enrolled students.
· Check all student enrollment files and folders to ensure that they are correct and forward them to the Director(s) for verification.
Reporting and Communication
· Report all enrollees to Director(s), Financial Aid Coordinator and Bookkeeper daily.
· Track leads from all sources daily.
Academy Activities and Marketing
· Organize Academy Open House, Career Fairs, and any other lead generating activities to promote the school to new prospects.
· Maintain social media awareness for Open Houses and other marketing events for recruiting purposes.
· Maintain awareness of all Academy activities by referring to Academy calendars.
Qualifications
· 5 years directly related experience in recruiting, admissions in an educational/medical setting and/or sales.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
