Locally owned and growing specialty construction company seeking experienced professional to manage the day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities will include:
+ Bookkeeping - QuickBooks Online - AP, AR, Payroll
+ Producing and Processing Lien Release Requests (we will train you)
+ Making Travel Arrangements
+ Inventory Management
+ Supervise Project Communication
+ Answer Customer/Prospect Inquiries (we will train you)
+ Ordering Supplies
+ Creating Estimates (we will train you)
+ Contact Customers and Vendors on the phone
Required Skills/Attributes:
+ Strong Time Management
+ Accounting / Bookkeeping Experience - at least 1 year of QuickBooks
+ Strong Computer Proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing, adobe acrobat)
+ Strong Organizational Skills
+ Thrives on learning new skills and able to adapt as needed
