We are a small insurance agency that sells primarily auto/ homeowners insurance. We need a customer service rep that can handle phone calls, taking payments, filing documents, creating documents, updating social media outlets, customer follow ups and retention, and most importantly bring in new business.
You would be an ideal candidate if you already have experience in the insurance world however its not a requirement. What you do need however is,
High school diploma or GED
over 18 years old
Efficient with windows, excel, word, and basically know how to send and receive emails and pay a bill online.
great customer service skills, experience in this field is helpful.
Bilingual (not necessary, but a huge plus)
