Data Entry Position “ Keres Consulting, Inc., a Native owned small business, is seeking a qualified applicant for a Regular Full Time, Non-Exempt position, based in Albuquerque. A successful candidate will need detailed and thorough computer skills. Their main responsibility will be to enter data related to and collected during facility condition assessments into a proprietary property condition assessment software in an office environment.

The candidate must have a thorough, strong background in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and some experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF. Knowledge of various building types, construction systems and repair/replacement methods are a plus but not required. This includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Job roles and duties include but are not limited to the following:

Strong and proven ability to work as an integral part of an established team. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Expository computer skills using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Proven ability to enter and manipulate data in a spreadsheet and make corrections as directed.

Willingness to learn required aspects of the building assessment industry as they relate to data entry of gathered assessment information.

Willingness to learn industry standard vocabulary and technical terminology used in the building assessment industry.

Ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary facility condition assessment software on PC.

Adept at handling multiple projects in a condensed time frame to meet strict deadlines.

Ability to meet frequent tight deadlines.

Must have professional attitude and possess the ability to successfully represent our company to our clients.

This position does not require travel. Salary commensurate with experience. This is not a contract position; contractor applications will be rejected.
