Large multi-state company based in Albuquerque that has been in business for over 20 years.
Overview: The Human Resources Data Entry Clerk assists and supports HR functions for the company by performing specific HR-related tasks such as data entry, file management, and coordination of the flow of HR-related correspondence.
Full-time position, hourly. M-F in the office during normal business hours. Can be flexible with start/end time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include:
â¢ Data entry into HR/payroll software and other databases.
â¢ Data changes and adjustments in HR/payroll software as they come in.
â¢ Print and/or scan documents as needed.
â¢ Data entry of background applications into background screening website.
â¢ Respond to, or assist in responding to, requests for employment verification.
â¢ Respond to, or assist in responding to, other HR-related correspondence from outside agencies.
â¢ Some light filing and other projects
â¢ High-school diploma
â¢ Excellent verbal, written, computer, and communication skills
â¢ Strong attention to detail, especially names and numbers
â¢ Superior organizational and data entry skills
â¢ Superior time-management skills
â¢ Able to work both independently and under direction
â¢ Task oriented
â¢ Must be focused and able to maintain a positive attitude
â¢ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
â¢ Previous experience in HR and with ADP a plus, but not required
