Local construction company has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented, organized, reliable office assistant. We need someone who is excited about home remodeling
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming customers
Answering multi-line phone system
Scheduling
Billing through Quickbooks
Scan, copy, file, and maintain paperwork
Prepare workloads daily
Working knowledge of office equipment -Computers, printers, fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office
Social Media Posting
Help customers with sales in showroom and remnant yard
Keep pricing up to date and samples marked as needed
Open/close building
Other projects as needed
Must be willing to learn our business and products and have the desire to help our customers. This position is more than just a receptionist.
Personal Skills - high level verbal and written skills, reliable, dependable, honest and ethical, ability to muli task
Position is Monday - Thursday 1pm - 5pm & Friday 8am - 5pm. Additional hours may be available.
