Office Assistant for a very busy plastic bag manufacturing company now and after the Covid-19 pandemic. (manufacture packaging for consumer cotton, tortillas, specialty breads as well as bags for medical laboratories). We are located near San Mateo & I-40 in the heart of Albuquerque. Very fast paced environment.
Must have above all a high degree of computer aptitude including:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and other PC programs
• Experience with ERP Systems
After initial training must be able to enter:
• Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
• Prepare Production Reports
• Prepare and scrutinize all Production Orders before issuing them for production
• Enter completed Production Orders, time, components used and maintain Excel files
• Prepare shipping pick ticket(s), Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
• Send Shipping Report and Compliance Sheet to US Cotton once goods are shipped
• Cycle count raw materials and finished goods and maintain inventory of materials
• Perform monthly physical inventory
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing your duties
