Small Uptown Albuquerque family law firm seeks full-time Office Manager with great customer service skills, professional demeanor, and good sense of humor. Duties include:

- Overseeing the business operations of the office

- Communicating with potential clients and scheduling new client consultations

- Day to day accounting functions in Quick Books including: client billing activities, processing payables and receivables, reconciling and generating monthly client invoices, and working with and providing information to the firms bookkeeper for payroll processing

- Processing all incoming mail and electronic filings, and calendaring hearings and litigation deadlines

- Miscellaneous tasks including notarizing documents and marketing support.

Ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and familiarity with Odyssey (electronic filing system).

Salary based on skills and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes generous paid time off; medical, dental and vision insurance; IRA with company match; and half-day every Friday.
