Westwind, a value added reseller and leader in IT and emerging technology solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Program Managers, Business Development Reps and Contract Specialists.

Duties Include but are not limited to the following:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and program management team.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans; projecting expected sales volume and profit margin for existing and any new contracts, projects, and/or individual products.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer/contract base and ensure its strong presence.

Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and program managers.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the senior management team.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

The Inside Sales Manager also has a duty to represent the business beyond the sales department.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

BS/MS degree in business administration

Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
