At Quality Mazda we are not your typical dealership we have an AMAZING pay-plan and are not antiquated or old school pressure sales. We believe that amazing customer service will win every time. We are an honest and transparent dealership. We have coaching every month and extensive daily training with professional management that is here to help you win in a positive way. We only have ONE available position as we dont flood the floor to make sure everyone makes a great living.
Our Sales Professionals are vital to our business! Responsibilities will include working with customers to find the best vehicle for their needs and budget. Must have a GREAT ATTITUDE, enjoy people, be self-motivated to earn a great living and be willing to work hard. Responsibilities:
Present and sell vehicles to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
