Allstate Roofing, a locally owned roofing company in Albuquerque is seeking four new Sales Associates.
No Prior experience required. We Provide a complete paid training program, and a salary plus commissions. New sales reps will earn between 50K-75K their first year.
Qualifications:
*Must be able to walk for several hours at a time
*Must be able to climb a ladder & walk on roofs
Responsibilities:
*Attend a Monday morning sales meeting.
*Submit an activity report at the end of every day
*Knock in residential areas to officer a free no obligation inspection.
*Close new contracts
Skills Desired:
*Ability to explain our program confidently
*Good communication skills
*Desire to succeed.
*Self-starter
*Ability to follow instructions
*Ability to work independently
