The Remedy is looking for a Wellness Studio Manager to join our team of passionate individuals committed to bringing a unique wellness experience to the Albuquerque community.

The Wellness Studio Manager is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, the growth and management of associates of the Studio business, personally teaching classes, and effectively managing and training staff and strategic partners while demonstrating the values of the Remedy Day Spa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

Understand and establish standards of within the customer experience exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Manage and Grow the Studio

Teach classes as part of developing an initial schedule and directly supervise Customer Service staff and Studio Instructors

Collaborate with Owner to create a Marketing Plan within budgetary guidelines.

Track effectiveness of the Studio Services delivered.

Monitor financial results on a weekly basis. Report on a monthly basis.

Manage the scheduling of weekly classes and monthly events to increase productivity of studio time.

Maintain an accessible supply of services base and pipeline.

Develop relationships with local companies for cross promotion.

Deliver workshops and host special events.

Look for ways to continuously improve.

Submit the necessary operational information as needed to monitor the success of the Studio.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activities and training sessions; including their evaluation forms.

Maintain working knowledge of industry trends for inclusion in the marketing plan and services provided.

Recommend and/or drive changes and modifications in services provided.

Manage and Train Strategic Partners

Establish standard operating processes.

Establish training objectives for each class and workshop.

Recruit, integrate, evaluate, develop, and as necessary terminate team members that you directly Supervise.

Build capability among your team to enable a high level of productivity and self-sufficiency.

Skills/Requirements

Min 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certification

Team player and Positive attitude.

Relationship oriented.

Ability to listen.

Ability to influence.

Flexible.

Ability to manage uncertainty without frustration

Analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
