We currently have an opening for an IT Support Technician Level 2/3. Tasks will include support of our external managed clients. Ideal candidate will have five or more years prior experience in a business environment working with most of the following:
- Remote Monitoring and Management
- Help Desk
- Patch Management
- Virus Protection
- All Windows/Mac operating systems, installation, troubleshooting and upgrade
- Microsoft applications
- Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016
- Hyper-V, Domain, Active Directory, Group Policy administration/configuration
- Firewall hardware and policies
- Backup implementation
- Network Security
- Network Structure
- Configuration of office equipment for print/scan
- Document Management/Electronic workflows
- Office 365 Administration
- VoIP
A+, N+, Security+ and Microsoft certifications are strongly desired. Applicant must be a friendly, customer oriented, self-directed professional that has a motivation to acquire knowledge out of personal interest in technology.
