Local abatement company is looking for a supervisory position. Candidate needs to have minimum of 3 years of construction experience in a supervisory role.

This position is tasked with the oversight of our asbestos abatement team. The ability to secure jobs, manage to profit margins and deliver great customer service is a must. The ability to provide best in class service to our home owners, insurance adjusters and our referral sources will determine your success.
Primary Responsibilities & Job Duties:
Supervise & coordinate activities of workers engaged in removing asbestos from ceilings, walls, floors, and other structures
Assigns and supervises workers in specific tasks such as setup of equipment, removal and cleanup of asbestos
Assist workers in abatement and removal when needed
Estimate length of time, number of workers, equipment and supplies required to accomplish the project
Manage team for time management
Acquire new work and leads by networking with other businesses
Monitor and inspect quality of work during project
Manage jobs to a minimum of 65% GP. This position is eligible for bonus
Hire, train and develop Abatement Technicians to become best in class. Our techs reflect your leadership, guidance, and training.
All training and coaching opportunities with the Technicians in containment need to be recorded in DASH.
Examine workers equipment such as respirator systems, air evacuation and filtration systems and air quality testing devices to ensure they meet company and government safety standards
Maintain neat and accurate job files
Maintain high client satisfaction ratings
Follow all compliance tasks and add detailed notes to include overall reports of job progress and photos to DASH daily
Manage T-Sheet daily with correct login and logout per client.
Manage team to all company policies and procedures
Approve time cards in T-sheets weekly
Interact with all levels of personnel in a respectful and professional manner
Be a role model of professionalism
Work seamlessly to turn deals over to various departments.
Maintain proper uniform for self and team
Maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical, and scheduling difficulties that may be encountered.
Professionally handle any and all complaints.
Conduct routine maintenance on your vehicle and equipment
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in asbestos abatement preferred.
3 years of construction foreman/supervisor required.
Current ACSI, ABII, and OSHA 30 certifications preferred
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to stand, squat, lift, and walk for 95% of work day
Must be able to pass a drug and background check and have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
Must be able to travel
