Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman level HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R installations and service work, and be able to handle a variety of projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman HVAC/R license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an HVAC/R Technician, with a focus on installations and service work.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
