Part -Time Building Maintenance and Groundskeeper individual needed for office buildings in Albuquerque. Should possess a variety of skills such as carpentry, groundskeeping, small plumbing repair, ability to troubleshoot minor electrical (plug, light) and mechanical equipment, wall and door repair (minor HVAC and programmable thermostat experience). Drywall application (drywall, tape, texture, paint) and roofing experience - general construction experience. Also responsible for resolving any hazards that may occur on the premises. Miscellaneous special projects as directed. Snow and weed removal. A minimum of 3-5 years experience is preferred, minimum 1 year employment at most recent employer, and provide references. Ability to solve and diagnose problems in commercial maintenance, keep records and submit reports. Must be dependable, responsible, and have the ability to relate in a positive manner to agency staff. Ability to work independently. Work indoors or outside and perform physical activities which include climbing ladders and lifting up to 50-75 pounds. Must be able to pass a background check. Flexible hours required occasionally.
