Red Stag Logistics is looking for dedicated individuals with dispatch experience and/or transportation background for full time day dispatch positions.
Job Description
Applicant having knowledge in the milk business is a must, including load scheduling, dispatching drivers and dealing with DOT compliance. Must be able to communicate to customers in regards to schedules for delivery, and act as liaison between customers, dairies, and drivers to ensure efficient operations. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to supervise a staff of company drivers while always emphasizing safety and customer service.
Required Skills
Strong computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, and customer service skills are essential. Must have the ability to multi-task, and to work under pressure. Should have the ability to solve problems without supervision. Candidate must be organized and able to understand transportation rules and regulations.
