Busy downtown Restaurant serving casual gastropub style fare looking for BOH professionals who hold a passion for cooking, as well as presentation. We use only, fresh ingredients, scratch made daily and take pride in our affordable menu.
Requirements include but not limited to;
2 years BOH experience
Commitment to plating presentation consistency and attention to detail a must
20-40 hours a week. Open availability a plus, weekends a plus
Able to receive direction and feedback
Able to follow recipes and techniques
Fully understands serve safe practices
Experience in kitchen leadership roles a plus
Work in a well equipped, modern, clean kitchen
