P&M Caseworks LLC is looking to expand our team and have the following positions open. We have work available for a variety of experience levels and encourage anyone who may be interested in learning the woodworking business to come talk to us.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
CABINET INSTALLERS
2+ years of experience as an installer in the commercial casework industry
Basic knowledge of fabrication methods
Knowledge of AWI standards preferred. Will train.
The ability to read construction plans and drawings
Must have own set of basic hand tools of the trade for installation
The ability to work independently in the field, some travel required, expenses paid per diem.
Opportunities for Prevailing Wage work in the field are available on a job by job basis
Pay based on experience $16-23/hour
ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING TECHNICIANS
High School diploma or equivalent. An interest in the woodworking industry and a willingness to learn quickly and hands-on.
Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment a plus.
Must have own set of basic hand tools
The ability to read construction plans and drawings (will train)
Pay based on experience $13-16/hour
MANUFACTURING TECHNICIANS
2+ years of experience in the manufacturing of cabinets and casework, countertops and millwork.
Basic knowledge of fabrication methods of cabinetry and countertops. Experience with plastic lamination techniques a plus.
Knowledge of AWI standards. Will train.
Must have own set of basic hand tools
The ability to read construction plans and drawings
Pay based on experience $14-20/hour
SOLID SURFACE FABRICATION TECHNICIAN
2+ years of experience in the fabrication and installation of solid surface countertops, sills, custom parts. Including build-ups, hard-seaming, profiling and sanding.
Knowledge of thermoforming a plus.
Knowledge of basic construction methods of cabinets a plus. Will train.
The ability to read construction plans and drawings
Must have own set of basic hand tools of the trade
Opportunities for Prevailing Wage work in the field are available on a job by job basis
Pay based on experience $16-22/hour
OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS for ALL POSITIONS:
Have a strong quality related work ethic to minimize rework
Keep work area and tools organized and clean
Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking
Smart phone for timecard documentation
Work with a safety-oriented mindset
Must have own set of basic hand tools of the trade
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks
Must be physically able to lift and carry 75+ pounds
A valid NM driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive our vehicles (Required for Installer position, Preferred for all others.)

Work hours 7am to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional overtime requirements.
