Job Position: Representative Payee
Campo Behavioral Health is a locally owned company that has been in business since 2001. We provide Service and Supports to those with Developmental Disabilities helping them to succeed and thrive in our local community.
We are seeking a qualified Representative Payee with experience preferably in the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Program. Must have bookkeeping knowledge, file and manage paperwork, mail reports and letters, Quickbooks experience, Microsoft Office and other computer work. This position is an evaluation to hire position. Looking to hire immediately!
Essential Functions and Job Description:
Listening and Communication Skills
You will have the ability to maintain flow of the office environment
People/Interpersonal Skills
-Maintain client financial records including bill payment and daily living expenses
-Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Maintain diary
-Arrange client activities working with other administrative team members
-Make travel arrangements
Excellent Organizational Skills
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office/Qbooks)
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or higher level of education with experience
At least 3 years of verifiable experience, providing support at a high level
Judgment and decision-making ability
Must pay attention to detail and accuracy
Write legibly
Run errands
Be dog friendly
Must be able to pass background check
Hours:
8:00am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri
Salary: DOE
