We are growing our team in Almogordo, NM!ÂWe are also offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus and the option to work from home once you have successfully completed the training and the 180 day introductory period.
As anÂInsideÂSales AssociateÂyou will be a key contributor to TDS'sÂoverall consumer strategy. Your focus is to delight customers, grow revenue and achieve individual and company sales goals by providing exceptional customer service. Â
You would be the primary point of contact for consumer customers inquiring about products and services. Inside Sales Associates take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all the consumer products and services we offer. TheÂInside Sales AssociateÂalso keeps current on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used to place orders, update billing and maintain record of customer contacts.
Details:
Start Date: March 27th
2 week paid training in Bend, OR (April 1st-12th)
We expect perfect attendance during training to support your success. If you can commit to being here, we can commit to helping you create the life you want with the pay you deserve!
Compensation:
Base hourly rateÂ+ UNCAPPED commission (top reps earn 45-50k per year)
$1000 sign-on bonus.
$350 ramp payments for the first two months.
