OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: With supervision perform custodial tasks to meet the requirement of the Las Cruces State Police HeadquartersKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:?
Interact with co-workers, other professionals, and all interested parties in a professional manner
Take direction, interact and maintain open communication with supervisor
Serve as an effective role model by exemplifying professional behavior while promotion Tresco?s Mission, Vision, Values and Code of Ethics
Perform janitorial duties per contract schedule, requirements and standards to include:
a. Clean/supply kitchens and break rooms
b. Clean/supply restrooms
c. Clean drinking fountains
d. Clean and disinfect toilets
e. De-scaling
f. Remove office trash
g. Sweep floors
h. Vacuum cleaning
i. Spot cleaning
j. Spray/buss floors
k. Wet mop floors
i. Interior window cleaning
Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor
Maintain a safe working environment
Represent Tresco and all its services in a professional manner at all times
Project friendly and helpful attitude
Ability to work under stressful situations
May require fingerprint background.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:Desire to learn janitorial tasks.
