Quantum Home Care of New Mexico is seeking experienced home health RNs competent in OASIS-D for assessments. QHC has a proven track record of providing quality and compassionate care to our patients, and are looking for more RNs to join our team. We strive to recruit and retain the best clinical staff, and do so through a positive, helpful work environment, open communication, and continual training and support.
We are currently recruiting 2-3 RNs for temporary/seasonal PRN positions to do OASIS-D assessments. As part of our incentive to hire the best clinical staff possible, we have the following SEASONAL pay rates available, contingent on experience and availability:
Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Discharge Assessments @ $150.00 per assessment.
There are other rates available to discuss upon hire for on call, hi-tech, follow up and wound care visits.
Qualifications would include previous home health experience required, with competency in OASIS-D, and a current NM or Compact License. Kinnser (Wellsky) Software experience is preferred.
