Casa de Esperanza is a DD Waiver provider who services individual's with Intellectual Disabilities. We are looking for a reliable, caring and a hardworking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing oversight. Some of the roles and responsibilities require Assessments of health status, monitoring and reviewing doctor visits and follow ups, and health team collaboration as an integral part of the nursing role in this home setting.
