We are a company in Las Cruces that is looking for a account receivable assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone who has strong inter-personal skills, excellent customer service skills, and has a strong work ethic.
SUMMARY
Responsible for data entry, A/R procedure, maintain client files in an organized manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
Full time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:00
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel or similar programs required.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
3. General insurance industry knowledge.
4. Ability to comprehend and accurately follow detailed instructions
5. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. High School diploma or GED is required
2. Minimum 2 year office experience
