Intakes customer/dealership vehicles, diagnoses problems and service needs, creates repair orders schedules work, assigns jobs to techs and communicates job status to customers. Work Parts & Accessories counter when needed, by assisting motorcycle sales customers, walk-ins, phone customers and service writers with parts purchases and orders. Must be knowledgeable about motorcycles and/or motors, and have great customer service skills. Minimum service writing and/or parts sales experience required. Must be available weekends, be drug-free, have motorcycle endorsement or willing to take class to get endorsement, and be willing to work flexible hours. Must be team-oriented, have good attitude and be willing to provide excellent customer service.
