Were looking to fill this sales position quickly as we plan to develop a large and robust team with potential additional leadership opportunities nationally.
This program gives homeowners the opportunity to protect their family with a cash benefit should one of the primary income earners pass away, become disabled or critically/chronically ill. Our program is driven by our direct mail lead generation system utilizing our 4 mail houses throughout the country.
The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of life insurance sales experience, customer service, or other sales related fields and be currently licensed with active state Life/Health insurance licenses. However, we will consider applicants who are not currently licensed, but those applying must be willing to obtain both Life and Health licenses as required by State Insurance Commissioner. In most states we can help offset the cost.
All applicants must:
Have reliable transportation with an active US driver's license
Be able to pass a federal background check-no felonies
Be comfortable meeting with potential clients in their homes, talking to and helping them with their insurance and retirement protection needs
Self motivated drive and coachability is mandatory.
When following the training thats available to you, and working within the system correctly, current brokers average over $100,000 and top leaders make well over $200,000 in their first year.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients in their homes
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications in addition to above:
Customer service oriented with ability to build rapport with clients
Easily coachable with desire to grow quickly, fast track into management
Results driven with strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize, schedule and protect work hours without outside distractions
Self-disciplined to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
