This position works within the CSSC on the Real Estate Landlord Account Reconciliation team.
The role also works with several teams internal to the CSSC Real Estate team and with external teams like Accounts Payable, Real Estate Law, and Corporate Real Estate teams.
This role requires introductory analytical skill in Excel/Access and various other business systems, legal (specifically lease) understanding, financial and some accounting background and familiarity.
This role is the external face to our third party lease audit consultants and has direct interface with Gap Inc Landlords.
This role leads and inspires all members of the team for innovation, customer impact, accountability and driving results.
