As a Senior Architect at Publicis Sapient, you will be the subject matter expert for the CDP. You will be responsible for creating a vision that aligns to business priorities and delivering that vision through providing overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and control
Architect requirements from business stakeholders and create a product roadmap
Drive Customer data platform vendor assessment workshops
Create functional requirements and identify gaps in data collection. Collaborate with teams from different parts of the organization to fill data gaps
Build out and document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements
Create and standardize templates and processes for data specifications, functional requirements, use case validations, training, and user adoption
Strong experience with one of the CDP/DMP tech stack (either Adobe AEP or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Experience with building Customer 360 / Genome with advance analytics
Having a strong experience in Martech / Adtech space including campaign management, audience management, customer segmentation, content management, media planning, ad exchange, offer management
Omni channel activation experience for emails, paid media, direct mail, web, mobile, etc.
Identity unification
Preferred if they have experience doing the above in Financial Services domain, but even if it is Retail or Automative domain, that should be fine
Hand on knowledge of either the Adobe/Salesforce stack
Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA regulations would be a plus.
