License Coordinator to join our License Team
Answer daily e-mails from Licensors and internally.
Submit concept on all styles prior to being shown to retailers.
Request final art & color based on cuts.
Supply dollar pages on certain retailers as required by Licensor.
Submit art to Licensor & subsequently any changes/resubmits requested.
Request art be sent to the factories once the design has been approved.
Check pre-production sample and submit to Licensor if sample is acceptable.
Communicate any pre-production comments from the Licensor.
Send number of production samples by style required by Licensor.
Document and maintain progress of all on order products as it relates to the approval process.
Work closely with Licensors such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Fox, Marvel and various other properties.
Detail oriented.
Enjoys being a team player.
Must be able to oversee a style through the various stages of the approval process from concept to production.
Must be able to work on various computer systems including Licensor sites when necessary.
Strong willed and aggressive to deal with the art department and sales to ensure a style is being sent through the approval process before it is sold.
Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
Salary is based on experience
