A local New Mexico family-owned company is looking for a new maintenance team member to join our existing maintenance team in the SE Area of New Mexico which encompasses: Carlsbad & Loving areas. Ideally the candidate should be based in Carlsbad. Typical job duties include general facility maintenance repairs such as: painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment repair and maintenance, exterior lot pressure washing, minor HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair, and some custodial. The position will involve some travel throughout the region and a company truck will be provided. Clean driving record is required to apply. Hourly position plus Benefits. Drug-Free work place.
