Looking for a maintenance tech, this is a full time position. Most work is Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm with 1 hour break for lunch. There are occasional call outs for emergency repairs.
I'm looking for someone with strong work ethics that is disciplined enough to work with little supervision. Must be a self starter and not require your hand to be held through the day to day activities. Attendance is key component in this position. We have approximately 175 units and many residents that are counting on us to be there.
General maintenance. Plumbing is a must for water leaks and sewer work. Electrical experience would be great. Some remodel type of work upon tenants moving out. Keeping properties clean and trash picked up. No landscaping work is required.
Paid bi-weekly, pay depending on experience.
Must have own transportation and a valid drivers license.
