Commercial Electrical Foreman
Ability to lead crew on large commercial electrical projects. Must be able to read and understand blueprints. Will be responsible for initiating and following up on change orders.
Will have a strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and be able to enforce safety. Job will pay $50.00 to $52.00 an hour, based on experience. Candidate must have a good driving record and background. Company vehicle included.
Skills needed include:

Active Listening to encompass full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Efficient time management of one’s own time and the time of others.
Attention to detail as the job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Qualifications are
A high degree of maturity is required for this position and a proven track record of a minimum of 10 years’ experience in large commercial projects.
Applicants must be drug free, pass a driving history screening and criminal background check.
Must be willing to relocate to southeastern New Mexico.
