We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented inspectors who want to earn extra income on a flexible schedule.
If you’ve worked in delivery, app-based gigs (Amazon, DoorDash, Instacart, etc.), or enjoy driving independently, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Visit properties throughout your assigned area (mostly exterior, some vacant interiors)
Take photos, answer simple questions in our mobile app
Submit reports by due dates
Communicate clearly and promptly — reliability matters most
What You Need
Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Internet access and basic computer skills
Printer for door cards and vacancy postings
Professional, respectful conduct
Ability to pass a background check
