Full-time accountant.

REQUIRED qualifications:

Prior accounting/bookkeeping experience – at least 3 years

Payroll and payroll reporting experience • • At least 3 year’s of previous accounting experience

Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office

QuickBooks desktop/Online experience

Duties include (but not limited to):

General Bookkeeping

Payroll processing

Producing quarterly payroll & CRS reports

Perform bank reconciliation and general ledger duties

Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Reconciling accounts, posting journal entries

Email correspondence with clients

Sorting, filing, & scanning documents

Assisting with general administrative duties as needed

Compensation based on experience
