Fast paced mental health agency looking for a bookkeeper and Insurance Assistant. Previous experience in the medical or mental health industry preferred. 28-36 hrs per week.
Duties include:
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Invoicing
Data entry
Deposit analysis
Payroll
Creating financial contracts and payment plans with clients
Collections
Data base creating and management
Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in accounting
Experience with Quickbooks
Excellent Excel skills
Customer service oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with insurance-processing EOB's
