A long-time Santa Fe Construction company is looking for an experienced and qualified person to perform various bookkeeping and front office duties.
A background in cost-accounting in the construction industry is preferred and knowledge of Microsoft applications such as excel and is imperative. Experience with Foundation Construction Software a plus.
Duties include A/P, A/R, payroll and tax reporting, account reconciliations, answering phones, filing, errands, tracking office supplies, etc. Must be able to prioritize workload and have strong time management skills. Attention to detail is very important. Will be working alone in the office much of the time. A stable and steady work history is a must and five years experience as a bookkeeper is required.
The job begins part-time. Three days per week . Will develop into full time, so flexibility is needed.
