Our client, a high-end gallery with a world-class reputation and clientele, has an opening for a Full-charge Bookkeeper with significant business management responsibilities. Responsibilities
Full-charge bookkeeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and reporting functions.
Process biweekly payroll with payroll vendor.
Cash management and treasury functions.
Sales reports, financial reports, and preparation of financial statements. Ad hoc reports as requested.
Human resources responsibilities for staff of 12-15 employees, including benefits administration.
Work closely with sales team and gallery staff to ensure clients a WOW! experience and flawless operations.
Desired Profile
Sophisticated accounting knowledge, skills and abilities.
Mastery of QuickBooks Pro and MS Excel, and comfort exporting and manipulating data for custom reports.
Computer fluency to quickly master gallery management enterprise system for CRM and inventory.
Detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
4-year degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Must pass national background and credit checks.

Fulltime Salaried Exempt - typically Mon-Fri, 8-5

Direct Hire / Permanent (with possible Temp opportunity until filled)
Compensation
$50-60K salary + bonus
BCBS Health Plan (65% employer paid)
Profit-sharing 401(k) with 3% match
Paid Time Off (PTO) upon tenure
