Main Office & Development Administrator
-Provide reception duties for the schools front desk including answering the phones and greeting and assisting parents and students.
-Provide administrative support to the Head of School and Board of Directors
-Maintain student and faculty records.
-Accounts Payable and Receivable (Quickbooks Accounting software)
-Payroll (Quickbooks payroll software)
-Supply Ordering (general and classroom)
-Maintain CYFD compliance standards and licensing
-Schedule and coordinate school tours
-Support Head of School with coordination of special events for the school
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years of office management or administrative assistant experience
Strong computer skills
High level of proof-reading skills
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new software and computer apps
Preferred Skills:
Accounts payable/ receivable experience
Experience in nonprofit sector
Experience in education
Experience working with diverse populations desirable
College degree

Salary:
-$35 to 50K
