Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide advanced solution design, software development, platform administration, and/or database administration solutions to clients using Adobe Campaign and related Adobe products

Create technical and conceptual specifications in support of the clients’ business needs and functional specifications

Consult and make recommendations to clients and project leadership regarding AEM technical implementations and best practices

Develop custom code and interfaces to other application systems as defined by the technical specifications

Conduct Unit Testing

Resolve issues discovered during System/Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing

Develop detailed documentation of solution design and code

Work with customers to clarify needs and requirements and to build a solution design

Participate in the design and development of web-based solutions

Assist clients to develop or express an organizational strategy for accomplishing strategic technology goals

Assist clients to identify appropriate technologies for accomplishing their strategic technology goals

Position RequirementsBasic Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

At least five (5) years Information Technology experience, including hands-on development experience with Adobe Campaign

Other Position Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to write code using JavaScript, XML, SQL, and HTML

Experience interfacing Adobe Campaign with external systems

Experience with the Administration side of Adobe Campaign

System integration experience and ability to work on web services (Soap, Rest), Scripting languages, Authentication protocols like AD (LDAP/SAML)

Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using marketing automation tools

Experience in Adobe Campaign configuration and mapping data feeds to recipient schema Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through deliver

Experience troubleshooting and identifying potential problems and making appropriate changes as necessary

Experience creating technical documentation

Demonstrated presentation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate directly with clients to explain technical concepts

Demonstrated interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with both Adobe Campaign Classic (hybrid or fully on-prem models) and Adobe Campaign Standard (Cloud/Saas solution)

Experience with configuring Adobe Campaign with additional Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, such as Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, or Experience Manager

NEW MEXICO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD You must be a member of the New Mexico Army National Guard to be eligible for this position This National Guard position is for a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1587000 and is part of the NM DCSIM, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in an information management organization. Its purpose is to manage the frequency spectrum, radio, secure communications, and communications security (COMSEC) programs of the state National Guard. Manages the command\'s COMSEC program. Interprets a variety of Department of Defense (DoD), major military component and National Guard Bureau (NGB) guidance and develops the state policy implementing higher agency policies and directives. Provides oversight and technical support to COMSEC account administrators throughout the state. Conducts audits and inspections of subordinate accounts. Interfaces with numerous DoD and NGB activities and commands to resolve COMSEC issues and provides input on proposed changes affecting the command. Reports findings of COMSEC audits/inspections to NGB and the appropriate COMSEC organizations. Coordinates with applicable organizations/offices to resolve complex COMSEC issues. Determines requirements for and distributes COMSEC key, radio hopsets, etc. for the state. Develops and manages the command spectrum management program, which includes all aspects of bandwidth spectrum management. Maintains the state frequency authorization document. Coordinates with agency level COMSEC account managers to maintain current allocations and obtain new authorizations. Maintains the state frequency emitter list. Coordinates with numerous state and federal agencies to ensure required frequencies are available for multi-agency operations, state compacts, convoy movements, etc. Allocates and assigns frequencies to supported activities within the state. Prepares, publishes, and disseminates Signal Operating Instructions (SOI) using automated systems. Provides guidance, and technical assistance to subordinate elements concerning SOI preparation and frequency management. Manages the states non-tactical radio networks, to include High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), and trunked systems. Provides guidance and assistance to activities operating radio nets and ensures operational readiness of same, to include Military Affiliated Radio System (MARS). Manages satellite communications (SATCOM) interfaces, to include up/down links, digital to wireless integration, and satellite phones. Develops plans and procedures to support emergency and/or contingency operations in support of state or national requirements. Manages the state\'s Secure Telephone Unit (STU-III) program and serves as the STU-III/STE (Secure Telephone Equipment) user representative. Responsible for determining hardware distribution requirements, key distribution, and operational status of the states\' secure telephone and securable facsimile assets. Coordinates STU-III net calls as required. Serves as the Defense Messaging System (OMS) Organizational Registration Authority for the command.
