We are seeking experienced line cooks for PM shifts only. Weekend and Holiday availability an absolute must. Our restaurant can be extremely high volume, therefore experience is an absolute must as well. Please provide references.
We are:
Located a few minutes north of Santa Fe, Tesuque Village Market has been a local institution since 1988. We serve Southwestern and American comfort food made with natural and organic ingredients. Our full bar offers high-quality, from-scratch cocktails; fine wines and spirits; and an enormous beer selection. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7am-9pm daily. Aside from the bar and restaurant, TVM operates as a convenience store, a package liquor store, a catering service, and a commercial bakery.
