Hiring Front of House Managers for a high energy restaurant located in downtown Santa Fe.
Salaried and hourly positions available. Hourly pay starts at $16-22/hr, salary positions are available ranging from $40K to $55K with absolute consideration for more based on experience and commitment level. Health benefits available for salaried employees, and room to move up and train into an upper management position if interested.

This position requires stamina, impeccable people skills, ability to make quick, effective decisions and minimum 2+ years experience in the F and B industry. The ideal candidate must be available to work nights and close, comfortable with counting money, settling nightly reports and problem solving discrepancies. Supervising a team of 8 to 20 people on any given night and running a floor that usually fills to capacity is the norm. Guest interaction and ensuring guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Must get to know our guests and make them aware of all the details that our fresh made food has to offer.
The pandemic has changed the restaurant landscape for the time being, but even with the limitations imposed by the governor, Boxcar has maintained a consistent business volume. We take COVID protocols seriously because we care about our staff and our customers.
We anticipate the pandemic settling down at some point this summer and are ramping up for the season now. Once things return to normal, you can expect our customers ordering from a full menu for lunch, dinner and late night, enjoying a wide variety of entertainment from major sports games to live bands, and DJ's all appealing to the diverse Santa Fe taste in nightlife. This is a fast paced environment and fun!
